INCARCERATED VETERANS CURRICULUM

This Dress, Right, DressTM  peer-facilitated program for Incarcerated Veterans is currently offered to Veterans within the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections or County Jails. The TransitionTM curriculum aims to educate those participants on assessing and accessing Mental Health, SUDs, and other needs/resources associated with Reentry.  The curriculum and associated services are available to facilities who meet required guidelines.  Upon completion of the curriculum while incarcerated, participants work with a peer-mentor or Program Administrator to establish an effective goal plan and are provided information related to specific communtiy resources prior to release. Wrap-around services are offered to participants upon release to those who have completed the course. 

VETERAN EMPOWERMENT & TRAINING (VETS)

This Dress, Right, DressTM  program is designed for both Servicemembers and Veterans who are planning to seperate or have recently seperated from the United States military within the past three years. The services and programs offered vary to assist participants with a plethora of topics that include both professional and personal growth. Whether it is resume writing, connection to  resources, skill development or exploring entrepreneurship; this program has you covered! EMERGENCY FINANCIAL AID

This Dress, Right, DressTM  program assists Servicemembers and Veterans experiencing financial hardships with rental assistance, food, utilities, work-related clothing and PPE, and transportation. The program requires all other services and options have been exhausted, and the need is to be verifiable with referral from authorized partner or community agency. Additionally, Financial Aid may require the requester to provide volunteer time in an effort to "pay it forward". Program requirements must be met before access to any assistance is granted. Those partiicpants involved in other organizational programs need not apply as this is for those NOT directly in program or services offered by the organization.
